“Layer Cake” software toolkit:
I developed this 3-part software toolkit to assist financial advisors in computing first-year, preliminary withdrawal rates for their clients. It consists of an Excel Spreadsheet with the “Layer Cake”, a collection of Powerpoint slides to build the “layers” of the cake, and a “User’s Guide” in Microsoft Word.
